| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الرسالة استكشاف مستوى إدارة التوتر وعلاقتها بضغوط العمل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، وتنبع أهميتها من قيمة المتغيرين المدروسين، إضافة إلى دور عينة البحث المتمثلة بأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، الذين يشكلون الركيزة الأساسية للمؤسسة التعليمية، وذلك من خلال تحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1. مستوى إدارة التوتر لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئة التعليمية. 2. مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئة التعليمية. 3. العلاقة الارتباطية بين إدارة التوتر وضغوط العمل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. 4. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدارة التوتر لدى مديري المدارس تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، سنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات، من 5-10 سنوات)، التخصص (علمي، انساني). 5. الكشف عمّا إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، سنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات، من 5-10 سنوات)، التخصص (علمي، انساني). وشمل مجتمع البحث مديري المدارس الثانوية والمدرسين في المدارس الثانوية للعام الدراسي(2025-2026) والبالغ عددهم (3187) عضو هيئة تعليمية، وقد اختيرت عينه البحث بالأسلوب الطبقي العشوائي وتكونت من (٤٠٠) عضو هيئة تعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء أداتا البحث إذ تضمنت إدارة التوتر (32) فقرة، مع مقياس ضغوط العمل الذي تكون من (42) فقرة، ولتحليل بيانات البحث الحالي استعملت الباحثة مجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة من (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الفاكرونباخ)، ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستعمال الحقيبة الإحصائية (spss)، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية جيدة بين المتغيرين، وأن مديري المدارس الثانوية يتمتعون بمستويات عالية من إدارة التوتر وضغوط العمل. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة طردية بين المتغيرين وان مديري المدارس الثانوية يتمتعون بمستويات عالية من إدارة التوتر وضغوط العمل حسب وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، ولوحظ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) في مستوى إدارة التوتر لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى) والتخصص (علمي، إنساني) وسنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات، من 5-10 سنوات)، وكذلك لمتغير ضغوط العمل وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس ولصالح (الاناث). | ar |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This thesis explored the level of stress management and its relationship to work pressure among secondary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members. The importance of the study stems from the significance of the two investigated variables, in addition to the vital role of the research sample represented by teaching staff members, who constitute the fundamental pillar of the educational institution. The study sought to achieve the following objectives: 1. Identifying the level of stress management among secondary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members. 2. Identifying the level of work pressure among secondary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members. 3. Determining the correlational relationship between stress management and work pressure among secondary school principals. 4. Examining whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of stress management among secondary school principals according to the variables of gender (male, female), years of service (less than 5 years, more than 10 years), and specialization (scientific, humanities). 5. Identifying whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of work pressure among secondary school principals according to the variables of gender (male, female), years of service (less than 5 years, more than 10 years), and specialization (scientific, humanities). The research population included secondary school principals and teachers in secondary schools for the academic year (2025–2026), totaling (3187) teaching staff members. A stratified random sampling method was used, and the research sample consisted of (400) teaching staff members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher constructed two research instruments: a stress management scale consisting of (40) items, and a work pressure scale consisting of (40) items. For data analysis, the researcher employed several appropriate statistical methods, including the one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings revealed a positive correlational relationship between stress management and work pressure. The results also indicated that secondary school principals possess high levels of both stress management and work pressure from the perspective of teaching staff members. Furthermore, the results showed no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in stress management according to the variables of gender, specialization, and years of service. Regarding work pressure, statistically significant differences were found according to the gender variable, in favor of females. Based on the findings, the researcher presented a number of conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions, as detailed in Chapter Four. | en |
