| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الرسالة استكشاف مستوى المناعة التنظيمية والسلوك الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة واسط من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، وتنبع أهميتها من قيمة المتغيرين المدروسين، إضافة إلى دور عينة البحث المتمثلة بأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، الذين يشكلون الركيزة الأساسية للمؤسسة التعليمية، وذلك من خلال تحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1- مستوى المناعة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئة التعليمية. 2- مستوى السلوك الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئة التعليمية. 3- العلاقة الارتباطية بين المناعة التنظيمية والسلوك الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المناعة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس: (ذكور، إناث) ، ( سنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات، اكثر من 5 سنوات) ، (التخصص :علمي، انساني). 5- الكشف عمّا إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى السلوك الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس: (ذكور–إناث)،( سنوات الخدمة :اقل من 5 سنوات، اكثر من 10 سنوات)، (التخصص :علمي، انساني). تكوّن مجتمع البحث من مديري المدارس الثانوية وأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية للعام الدراسي (2025–2026)، والبالغ عددهم (3187) فردًا، وقد اختيرت عينة البحث باستخدام أسلوب العينة الطبقية العشوائية، إذ بلغ حجم العينة (400) فرداً من أفراد مجتمع البحث من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء أداتا البحث إذ تضمنت المناعة التنظيمية (٤٠) فقرة، متساوية مع السلوك الاداري الذي تكون من (٤٠) فقرة، ولتحليل بيانات البحث الحالي استعملت الباحثة مجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة من (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الفاكرونباخ ، ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستعمال الحقيبة الإحصائية (spss) ، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية جيدة بين المتغيرين، وأن مديري المدارس الثانوية يتمتعون بمستويات عالية من المناعة التنظيمية و السلوك الاداري. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة طردية بين المتغيرين وان مديري المدارس الثانوية يتمتعون بمستويات عالية من المناعة التنظيمية والسلوك الاداري حسب وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، و لوحظ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) في مستوى المناعة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكر ، أنثى) والتخصص (علمي ، إنساني) وسنوات الخدمة (اقل من 5 سنوات، اكثر من 5 سنوات) ، وكذلك لمتغير السلوك الاداري وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس ولصالح (الاناث). | ar |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This study explored the concepts of organizational immunity and administrative behavior among secondary school principals in Wasit Governorate from the perspective of teaching staff members. The significance of the study stems from the importance of the two variables under investigation, as well as from the role of the research sample represented by teaching staff members, who constitute the fundamental pillar of the educational institution. The study sought to achieve the following objectives: 1. To identify the level of organizational immunity among secondary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members. 2. To determine the level of administrative behavior among secondary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members. 3. To examine the correlational relationship between organizational immunity and administrative behavior among secondary school principals. 4. To investigate whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of organizational immunity among secondary school principals according to the variables of gender (male, female), years of service (less than 5 years, more than 10 years), and specialization (scientific, humanities). 5. To identify whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of administrative behavior among secondary school principals according to the variables of gender (male, female), years of service (less th an 5 years, more than 10 years), and specialization (scientific, humanities). The research population consisted of secondary school principals and teachers in secondary schools during the academic year (2025–2026), totaling (3,187) teaching staff members. A stratified random sampling method was employed, resulting in a sample of (400) teaching staff members. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher constructed two research instruments: the organizational immunity scale, which comprised (40) items, and the administrative behavior scale, which also comprised (40) items. For data analysis, the researcher utilized appropriate statistical methods, including the one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The data were statistically processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results revealed a positive and statistically significant correlation between organizational immunity and administrative behavior. Furthermore, secondary school principals were found to demonstrate high levels of both organizational immunity and administrative behavior from the perspective of teaching staff members. The findings also indicated no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in organizational immunity according to gender, specialization, or years of service. Similarly, no statistically significant differences were found in administrative behavior with respect to specialization or years of service; however, statistically significant differences were observed in administrative behavior according to gender, in favor of females, as presented in Chapter Four. | en |
