dc.description.abstractإن القرآن الكريم هو منبع الفصاحة والبيان، وقد تسابق العلماء على استنباط معانيه وخدمة نصه، وبرز من بينهم أفذاذ جمعوا علومه، فكانت لهم بصمات واضحة في فهم النص القرآني، ومن هؤلاء الأعلام الشيخ بهاء الدين محمد بن الحسين العاملي (ت 1031هـ). تكمن إشكالية الدراسة في أن جهود البهائي التفسيرية، على الرغم من عمقها فقد ندرت الدراسات التفسيرية التي اعتنت بشكل خاص بآراء الشيخ التفسيرية، وقد انطلقت الدراسة من سؤال رئيس: ما هي الجهود الشيخ البهائي رحمه الله في تفسير القرآن الكريم ؟، استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى آراء البهائي في آيات العقيدة (أصول الدين: التوحيد، العدل، النبوة والإمامة، والمعاد) والعبادات (الصلاة، الصوم، الزكاة، الخمس، الحج) وآيات الأخلاق، مع إبراز جهوده اللغوية والأدبية، وتم اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي لتتبع جهود الشيخ ( رحمه الله) من كتبه ومؤلفاته، أما أهمية الدراسة فتتجلى في تسليط الضوء على منهج مفسر جمع بين المعقول والمنقول، مما يثري المكتبة القرآنية بمثال تفسيري فريد، وقد قُسمت الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول يسبقهن مقدمة و تمهيد، وخُتمت الدراسة بخاتمة بها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، أما الفصل الأول فخصص لعلوم القرآن ومناهج التفسير، وجاء الفصل الثاني لتناول الجهود التفسيرية للبهائي ( رحمه الله) لآيات العقيدة (أصول الدين: التوحيد، العدل، النبوة، الإمامة، المعاد)، والعبادات (الصلاة والصوم)، وانتهت الدراسة بالفصل الثالث لاستكمال آيات العبادات ( الزكاة والخمس والحج)، وتفسيره لآيات الأخلاق، وعنايته بالجانب اللغوي في تفسيره لآيات الله، وفي النهاية تم استخلاص جملة من النتائج أبرزها: امتلاك البهائي لرؤية تفسيرية تجمع بين النص والعقل، وتوظيفه الدقيق للغة والبلاغة في الكشف عن مراد الآيات، ثم اُختتمت الدراسة بـتوصيات منها تناول ما لم يتم دراسته من جهود الشيخ رحمه الله ( كالحواشي في الكتب التفسيرية)، وإجراء دراسات مقارنة بين آراء الشيخ وعلماء عصرهar
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Holy Qur’an is the source of eloquence and clarity. Throughout history, scholars have competed to deduce its meanings and serve its text. Among them, prominent figures emerged who mastered its sciences and left clear imprints on the understanding of the Qur’anic text. One of these notable figures is Sheikh Baha’ al-Din Muhammad bin al-Hussein al-Amili (d. 1031 AH). The problem of the study lies in the fact that, despite the depth of al-Bahai’s interpretative efforts, there has been a scarcity of studies specifically dedicated to his exegetical views. The study was initiated by a primary question: What are the efforts of Sheikh al-Bahai (may God have mercy on him) in interpreting the Holy Qur’an? ,The study aimed to identify al-Bahai’s views on the verses of Creed (Principles of Religion: Monotheism, Justice, Prophecy, Imamate, and Resurrection), Worship (Prayer, Fasting, Zakat, Khums, and Hajj), and verses of Ethics, while highlighting his linguistic and literary contributions. The inductive method was followed to track the Sheikh’s efforts through his books and writings. The importance of the study is manifested in shedding light on the approach of an interpreter who combined the rational (al-Ma'qul) and the traditional (al-Manqul), enriching the Qur’anic library with a unique interpretative model.The study was divided into three chapters, preceded by an introduction and a preface, and concluded with a summary of the most important results and recommendations. The first chapter was devoted to the sciences of the Qur’an and methods of interpretation. The second chapter addressed al-Bahai’s interpretative efforts regarding the verses of Creed and Worship (Prayer and Fasting). The study concluded with the third chapter, which completed the verses of Worship (Zakat, Khums, and Hajj), his interpretation of the verses of Ethics, and his attention to the linguistic aspect in interpreting God’s verses.Finally, a set of results was extracted, most notably: al-Bahai’s possession of an interpretative vision that combines text and reason, and his precise employment of language and rhetoric in revealing the intent of the verses. The study concluded with recommendations, including addressing what has not yet been studied of the Sheikh’s efforts (such as his glosses in interpretative books) and conducting comparative studies between the Sheikh’s views and those of the scholars of his time.
